1. Rental Agreement

1.1 By renting a car from 1961CarRental, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1.2 The rental agreement is between 1961CarRental and the renter (you).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Renters must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

2.2 Renters must present a valid credit card in their name at the time of rental.

3. Rental Period

3.1 The rental period begins at the time and date specified in the rental agreement and ends when the vehicle is returned to 1961CarRental.

3.2 Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Vehicle Condition and Usage

4.1 The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

4.2 The renter agrees not to use the vehicle for illegal activities, off-road driving, or any purpose other than personal transportation.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5.2 The renter must provide proof of insurance coverage or purchase insurance through 1961CarRental.

6. Payment and Fees

6.1 Rental charges, including any additional fees, must be paid in full at the time of return.

6.2 1961CarRental reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

7.1 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.

7.2 Any modifications to the rental agreement must be agreed upon by both parties and may be subject to additional charges.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

8.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 1961CarRental reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

9.2 These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
